It was an honor to interview DWayanna and help her share her story of trauma and God's beautiful redemption.
Dee's story is one of breaking generational curses and healing from trauma.
She encountered God through fasting and praying, enabling her to heal from her experiences. By establishing a deeper relationship with God, she was able to share her story of being raped with supportive friends.
Ultimately, her friend validated her experience with a message of God’s assurance and love. This inspired Dee to want to use her own experiences to help others understand that there is a life of blessings on the other side of the traumas they have endured.
Dee believes “skin to skin” time with God can break generational curses and help cultivate a greater sense of safety and connection with our Creator. Through this, Dee believes we can create a safe and supportive environment to transform our society for generations to come.
